Custom flashing details help move water in the right direction.

Our trade partner @m.jordan_and_daughters_inc worked with Super @bri.nsb and architect @julianugent to fabricate custom flashings for our Rhode Island passive project.
•
While the window sills are powder coated to match the windows, Julia opted to use copper to transition between the sidewall and foundation.
•
One detail I want you to take notice of, is the soldered joints. “Usually” you’d see the flashing lapped and it would “probably” perform fine. But we want to know it will perform, and install it at the best of our ability. It’s unlikely we will ever peel back all these layers again.
