#shorts Using steam for heat? Check out the full video to know why. But wanted to share these awesome fittings our plumber is using for the steam pipes.

Made by @viegallc and similar to the more commonly seen pro-press fittings for copper, or mega-press for gas, these are designed to speed up the work it takes installing the steam system. Previously you would need to cut, and thread all of the piping which was not only more work, but also messy with the threading machine and oil.
