I'm not too familiar with mini-split type units but I was asked to look at this particular heat pump which wasn't cooling inside. My first though was a restriction on the liquid line before the service valve but I'd like some opinions from anyone more familiar with mini-splits.

Obviously, whoever installed it was an absolute hack job.
