I got this VHS camcorder for free from someone on Kijiji who was giving it. The picture does not work on this camcorder and the viewfinder screen does not work, and the camcorder lacked a part of the cable to plug it with the AC power adapter. I thought it would use the same charger as my Hitachi VM-2100A camcorder that I already had, but it did not. I managed to get it to power on using what I had. I got this camcorder so I can see the mechanism. The mechanism works, and it is possible to open the camcorder to see the mechanism in action. The camcorder was manufactured in August 1992. It has multiple features and a flying erase head.
