Winter in Japan can get pretty cold and the small town of Hakuba is no exception! One of our favourite spots for outdoor activities, we travelled to Hakuba for snowboarding and stayed overnight in our van. With temperatures down to -10 degrees, it was freezing outside, but inside we kept cozy with a diesel heater and a big ol' bowl of ramen.
