Turkeys willingly give their lives so we can enjoy their delicious flesh. It doesn't have to be Christmas or thanksgiving for us to enjoy the delicious meat they are made out of. Turkey meat, can be a little dry, however, so here's a cool way to cook them that leaves the meat juicy and tender and tasty as hell. Also, I made a proper traditional gravy, too. I never filmed the very last step, as I was starving by then, but you just strain the gravy by forcing it through a sieve. Also, use cider for the gravy if you don't have any vodka. I stole this recipe off a Gordon Ramsay video, I think. But a year had passed since I'd seen it, so I was probably making half of it up. This wasn't my oven, either, and the temperature control was WAY out of whack, so I over-cooked it a bit. THEN I found out I'd actually remembered to bring my oven thermometer. Oh, well. - Mellowb1rd
