I want to share with you an easy to make a healthy, wholesome and Vegetarian /Vegan Spring Lunch Idea
This will be in a series of lunch ideas which I will be posting.
This is a typical European/ American menu. We will be cooking some Baked Buttenut squash soup, Corn bread, baked eggplants, homemade pesto and serve this with a light spring salad.
