Our biggest summer harvest yet! See how we gathered 150kg of produce after the heatwave and turned it into a feast.
This season has been a challenge, but watching the garden thrive despite the European heatwave has been incredibly rewarding. We are bringing in a massive haul, from picking crisp onions to gathering butternut squash and autumn berries. It is a true testament to the resilience of our homestead gardening efforts and a joy to see so much fresh produce ready for the kitchen.
