Praetorians! Your country needs you, so listen up!
This special Public Broadcast shall be covering the deplorable Convicts and their Parole Officer! These ruffians once plagued our glorious society with their immorality and penchant for crime! However, thanks to the efforts of the Royal Correctional Service, these men have been pressed into his majesty’s service as laborers, where they assist Praetoria’s Royal Engineering Corps in the construction and maintenance of defenses, structures and vehicular forces. Accompanying them is a Parole Officer of the Royal Correctional Service, both to supervise their efforts and ensure good discipline so that one day his charge may rejoin our society reformed!
Voiced by Ki McKenzie for the Praetorian Guard faction of Dawn of War Soulstorm: Unification Mod, Convicts are the basic builders for the Praetorians. They can build and repair extremely quickly, but without the presence of a Parole Officer, their morale will break and they will be unable to perform any tasks.
