Thanks to Online Metals for the sheet metal. Luckily, their warehouse is in my city, so I could order and pick up for will-call, saving me the cost of shipping. Perfect!
This Video shows the process of removing the windows I don't want, and replacing them with sheet metal. I know Thomas bus bodies are a little different. My bus is a Bluebird. Each window is held in with 4 screws. Once you remove them and pull the window out, it's pretty obvious what you need to do. I got my metal pre-cut, and had Kate and Julene help me with the process of getting the metal installed.
