Continential Circus by Virgin/The Sales Curve
This is honestly a great little F1 driving game for c64 - it handles awesomly. There's only a few levels, but it was always a favourite of mine back in the day, and it was really fun to revisit it. A single load, too - the sales curve were always good at making games for tape!
