Choose Warrior if you want the strongest possible ganks and 1v1's.
Choose Tiamat if you want faster clear/splitting.
Only choose Bloodrazor when against 2-3 tanks or 1 very fed tank.
Limit yourself to 2 damage items (unless you're fed then 3). Otherwise you'll be too squishy to survive long enough to output DPS. Gunblade is only good as a snowballing item, not if you're behind.

This build was voted on by the subscribers! Lethal Tempo was coincidentally buffed in 7.24.
Unlike with Lethality Tiger I use Ghost because this build is more about DPS and not burst damage, and Ghost lets me stick to people and attack for a longer time than Flash does.
