This video shows how to spawn the secret boss (Rattigan) in the haunted house section of the Coney Island Amusement Park Main Mission. Please refer to the description for a complete written guide.
*WARNING* DO NOT ENTER THE FINAL ROOM OF THE HAUNTED HOUSE TO INVESTIGATE THE LAPTOP UNTIL YOU HAVE SHOT THE FIRST THREE (3) RATS TO TRIGGER THE SECRET BOSS (0:00)*** If you enter the final room a door will shut and prevent you from accessing the first three rats. The rats can be shot as you progress through or once you've cleared the haunted house and NOT entered the final room.
1) For simplicity and ease of finding the rat locations we will start at the beginning of the haunted house (0:05).
2) The first rat is on the southern wall of the first large room (0:11). Facing south east it can be seen near the entryway of a door (0:16).
3) The second rat is in the same room further west (0:18). It is on top of the tower on the southern wall near the door to the next room (0:22).
4) The third rat is in the next room in the library (0:29) on the northern wall above the door you entered through (0:33).
5) The fourth rat is in the final room of the haunted house with the laptop that needs to be investigated (0:40) - it is now safe to enter since you've shot the first three rats. It is on the western wall by a sleeping bag (0:42).
6) Engage and investigate the laptop (0:46) - this will spawn the cleaners (0:55). The final wave of cleaners has the secret boss Rattigan (1:08). He doesn't appear to have any special skills or abilities, just a flamethrower!
