I was doing an event at the race track and had permission to be there. I went to check out the showers and bathrooms that the security guard told me about. as I was leaving and pulled out onto the main road I got an alert of an aircraft squawking 7700 general emergency so I pulled over onto the shoulder to use ADS-B exchange and Live ATC to track and listen to the flight. then officer Collins got behind me and just watch the video and you will see exactly what happened. I only started recording because I thought we were going to have a problem. I did file a complaint but haven't heard from them yet.
