I was legally parked in the grass watching a video and this is what happened. I was issued 2 warnings, one for using my cell phone while parked (the car was not running) and the other was for unsafe defective equipment.
I filed a complaint and the complaint was unfounded. I talked to Chief Bush and asked what law I was breaking and he said "let me see what I can come up with". we are supposed to talk again in a couple weeks.
