INGREDIENTS:
1 cup unsalted butter softened to room temperature
Mix-ins of choice herbs, spices, sweeteners, fruit, garlic, zest, etc.
1/2 teaspoon salt if needed
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a bowl, combine the softened butter, salt (if needed), and chosen mix-ins. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
Taste and adjust as needed. Add more herbs, sweetener, or seasoning to suit your flavor.
Shape into a log using plastic wrap, scoop into ramekins or jars, or pipe into decorative swirls.
Chill for at least 1 hour before using.
