Old clothes, if they're made of natural fibers such as cotton, silk or wool can be composted. This experimental worm bin is to see how a small bin of worms will get on processing a couple of cotton shirts.
The bin comprises horse manure as the bedding. The two shirts have been put into the bin whole. The bin will be checked for mositure but nothing else will be added by way of food stock.
I'll do an update in about 4 weeks to check in on them as see how things are progressing. I hope you enjoy and as always, thanks for watching.
