Lauryn Dunklau has been running a service station in Carroll, Nebraska since 2021, offering meals on the grill from her food truck. Lauryn feels at home when she’s cooking for people, and that includes for Ørsted employees, working on local wind turbine installations. “The tower guys” are regular customers, boosting her business and adding to the community. With Ørsted contributing locally to Carroll’s fire department, fair, and town park, Lauryn is optimistic that Carroll will continue to grow and thrive.
