This video demonstrates the Easyflash conversion of Battle Chess on a real PAL Commodore 64 with Turbo Chameleon Accelerator Expansion. The Easyflash image works as a large cartridge image so gone is the slow floppy loading. I also ran with the CPU speed at 2Mhz. I couldn't any faster because the control were too fast.
The Turbo Chameleon and Easyflash give the C64 new life. This game was practically unplayable with a stock 1541 disk drive since it accessed the drive after ever move. Now you can play real time.
FYI, I didn't try to win. I only made this video as a demonstration. If I stopped to think out every move it would be a boring video!
