Commissioner Cameron Cepeda presents Communications & Digital Media’s Graphics Team the American Graphic Design Award from Graphic Design USA.
Mr. Galanis and his Graphics Team do a phenomenal job designing colorful and highly informative flyers, graphics, and other materials for Hillsborough County departments, programs, and events. One client in particular is the New Tampa Performing Arts Center, which has quickly become a hugely popular destination. This Graphics Team produced an eye-popping 2025-26 Season Booklet for the Performing Arts Center that attracted national attention during Graphic Design USA’s 62nd American Graphic Design Awards program. Graphic Design USA is a premiere source of news and information for graphic designers and the broader creative community. This organization’s award program is open to the entire creative community and recognizes excellence in two-dozen categories. Graphic Design USA honored the CDM Graphics team with a 2025 American Graphic Design Award for the Performing Arts Center Season Booklet. This is a fantastic achievement! More than 6,000 entries were submitted, and only a few hundred were honored – less than 10 percent – including some of the most recognizable brands and companies throughout the world.
