Despite Jesus telling the disciples multiple times that he would rise from the dead, they had no clue Sunday was coming. They sat in stunned silence between the cross and the empty tomb; grief without answers, faith without sight. Saturday became a space without hope, joy, or expectation. But even in the waiting, God was working. The story wasn't over. Sunday was coming.
