13:50 bicolor loops have changed to "turquoise up/ orange down" and are now changing back to "orange up" because they are now being turned during the braiding procedure. Earlier in the braid, only the white loops were being turned.

Color-linking is a way to manipulate the colors in your braid, instead of letting the colors follow the natural course that they would normally take in a braid. Learn the basic 7-loop braiding moves for a flat braid first:
