Hello~ This video will show you how to change your eyebrow color for cosplay. This technique works on all types of brows - including black eyebrows like mine.
To change your eyebrow color, you'll need matte opaque eyeshadow, cream makeup, a spooly brush, and concealer. It's actually quite easy to do - just needs some practice ^_^

Hi everyone! ｡^‿^｡ Todays installment in my shironuri makeup series is a very simple look - using heart-shaped confetti as freckles! Many of you asked me to do a tutorial on this last month when I posted this makeup look on my Instagram, so heres how I achieved it.

This look is very simple so pretty much anyone can do this look. After applying a white base, lightly contour your eyes with pink, apply some false lashes, then lightly dab a pink shadow over your nose and cheeks. A light hand is necessary here. Then use a smaller brush to create smaller specks of pink.
Then, sparingly, press confetti onto your cheeks using eyelash glue. What you should get is a cute shironuri look with confetti blending into the pink blush and dots on your face!
I got this confetti from Michaels. Small, somewhat translucent confetti is preferable for this look, as it helps blend into the makeup better. Also, dont place this near your eyes as it isnt eye-safe.

hullo! todays video is a simple DIY visual kei eye patch tutorial! its a really easy and fun way to jazz up a boring black pirate eye patch :3 i used this in a pirate makeup shironuri look heavily inspired by visual kei and Malice Mizer. read below for more info!
█ ITEMS YOULL NEED █
● blank black pirate eye patch
● white lace stickers
● scissors
● super glue
● assortment of small, medium, and large pearl rhinestones
you can buy all of these at any local craft store or online.
█ INSTRUCTIONS █
its pretty simple to make this visual key eye patch.
1) apply lace stickers along the sides of the eye patch, working clockwise. trim off any excess from the edges. some of the lace stickers can overlap, just as long as its not a lot of them overlapping (otherwise it wont stick down properly). the goal is to cover the entire eye patch with lace.
2) lift up the edges of the lace and apply super glue below it. Press it down. usually the stickers lift up from the edges of the eye patch, so this helps keep it in place.
make sure to work in a well-ventilated area for this step as super glue can release fumes (and you dont really want to breathe that in).
3) apply dots of superglue around the patterns of the lace. then, after it gets tacky, apply an assortment of small, medium, and large rhinestones. so Im not just putting these on randomly, Im sort of outlining the lace patterns with the rhinestones. im also not putting them on all over the lace. just do it here and there for a nice accent :3

For this video I wanted to create something that was directly inspired by Minori...and if you dont know who that is, you should because she is a very popular shironuri artist :D All of her creations are so beautiful and ethereal.

Ive noticed that her signature is cut crease makeup decorated with more organic elements, such as leaf patterns extending out from the cut crease. So I decided to put my own spin on it by making a more fancy cut crease look. I didnt want to do an exact look of hers though because a lot of people seem to copy that already (not that its bad, but I just like doing my own thing).
So I took inspiration from a specific Matisse artwork called The Parakeet and the Mermaid.

I also made custom false eyelashes for this look, but it was the wrong shade of pink so I scrapped it.
I wanted to whip up something unique that could be completed quickly since my props for my 7 Deadly Sins look Pride didnt come in. If you ever feel bored with your makeup...simply experiment with makeup technques you already know :D And yes my 7 Deadly Sins series will be coming back! Theres a new one coming up after this video.

For this video I was also sent a new brush set from Coastal Scents for review. I actually like the brushes a lot; Ive been using them over the past few weeks. I also demonstrated 3 of the brushes here in this video.
Overall these are pretty good brushes but the brush handles come loose easily which is a problem for me. If you dont mind that, this is quite a steal at $11.95.
