To use Colorado Express Lanes for free with three or more people in your car, first sign up with an account at ExpressToll.com to receive your Switchable HOV3+ Transponder. Install the transponder on your windshield, and when you are have three or more people in your car, switch the transponder into HOV mode to travel the Express Lanes for free.
HOV3+ is available on most Express Lane corridors. Please remember to enter and exit Express Lanes through the dashed lines only. For more information on Express Lanes and the Safety and Toll Enforcement Program (STEP), visit ColoradoExpressLanes.com.
