Colette Phillips, President and CEO of Colette Phillips Communications and Founder and President of Get Konnected! and the GK Fund, addressed nearly 200 new citizens taking the oath of citizenship at the JFK Library.

Phillips recalls her journey from Antigua to Boston, MA. She has spent a lifetime making workplaces more inclusive, opening them to new markets, talent and possibilities.
