Liberty Mutual Investments President and Chief Investment Officer Vlad Barbalat addresses 97 new citizens and their guests during a naturalization ceremony. Barbalat immigrated from Moldova, a republic from the former Soviet Union, in 1990. In addition to his leadership at Liberty Mutual, he is a member of the international council of the Belfer Center at the Kennedy School and serves on the board of the JFK Library Foundation.
