What do you wear to stay warm while hiking? Especially when it gets colder and we head into "shoulder season" what you wear really matters! Here's everything you need to know!
It's not always easy to know what to wear in the fall or winter. In this video I try to take some of the guesswork out of that for you. While I may talk about some specific pieces of gear, what's really important is that you make sure you have all of these areas covered with some type of cold weather clothing, whatever that is for you! Here in Canada the weather is unpredictable, even more so in the fall. So dressing to be warm in the fall and having the right layers is more than just common sense, it can quite literally be a matter of survival.
