So for one of my Christmas gifts my mom bought me a DVD ripping program (thank you FerryboatDreamer for recommending Magic DVD Ripper). So now I have access to any and all fandoms that I would like to vid for :)
I have been wanting to vid this song for a LONG time but it has been done to all the TV fandoms I'd like to vid it for so I got to thinking what else I could apply it to and then I remembered one of my all time favorite movies, 'Cold Mountain.' It fits Ada and Inman's relationship perfectly! I have loved their love story since the first time I ever saw this movie. I am a sucker for epic love stories and this one just melts me every time I watch it, lol.
I do not want to spoil the movie for you (sorry to those of you who haven't seen it). So very briefly their story is of two young people who do not fit well into the social scene and find comfort in just being together without the words. Given that this film takes place during the times of the American Civil War, Inman has to go off and fight the Yanks up North. Struggling to keep her farm and survive the hard times, Ada writes to Inman everyday in hopes of hearing back from him. She writes over 100 letters but Inman only receives 3, the last of which asks him to stop fighting and come home to her. Now if you know anything about the military or history you'll know that a soldier cannot just walk out whenever he pleases. But Inman, having been critically injured, survives and decides he's had enough of fighting and walks home to Cold Mountain. I don't want to give anything else away but the struggles these two characters go through to survive and be with each other is just amazing and makes this film one of the best!
I really hope you like this video, even if you haven't seen the movie I hope you'll watch it! It's not spectacular or anything but I did put some hard work into it and this is my first movie fanvid that I've made with Sony Vegas (the others were made with Windows Movie Maker). I was really excited I got to vid this film and hopefully I'll be vidding more movies now that I have access to them!

FINALLY have something to post!! This video was meant to be a Christmas/New Year surprise but this thing called life happened. Never plan a deadline smack in the middle of the holidays...just dont, lol. Jade got most all her parts done in time...it was me who held things up...I just had to go on vacation, haha. But I finally managed to push life aside long enough to finish up my parts. And it came out AWESOMELY!!
Bastille is my new favorite band and as soon as I heard this song I had the urge to vid it to Smallville...but I didnt want to do it alone so I recruited my VIT, Jade, to collaborate one more time with me and thankfully she agreed! I split the song and Jade did the coloring as well as put it together in the end. Since we didnt make our original deadline we aimed to have it up the same day the new movie of the same name premieres in theaters...you know, to be cliché and all, haha. Hope yall like it :)

I know neither of us are editing at the rate we used to but it was a true pleasure making this with you and I am SO happy you agreed to work with me again! So sorry for all the delays in getting my parts done. Thanks for putting up with me and my crazy distractions of life, lol. This is one of our BEST yet ^_^

KA-POW!!! Youve just been hit by some AWESOMENESS on this fine Sunday Morning...get it? Lame pun, I know, but it had to be done, teehee ;)
Where to start on this description...A while back I had been looking for Leyton and Clois songs and Alma (alma45) suggested that this song fits both couples nicely. I pondered the idea for a while, I LOVE this song so it was definitely worth considering. Then an idea hit me! I knew Alma shared my love for the song so I asked her to collab with me. Now if youre a follower of my descriptions, you might remember that we had tried collabing before but it didnt work out. But this time we were determined to get past the idea stage and make this happen! So I split the song, Alma made the coloring and we agreed Id vid Lucas & Peyton and shed get Lois & Clark. Now we wanted this up before the 2010-2011 TV season started but inspiration ran low but we pulled through and FINALLY finished it! Hope you all like it :)

Team Krypto has reunited!! WOOT! This time we decided to pay tribute to everyones favorite hero, Clark Kent. This allowed us to keep the same set-up of one season per vidder. We also have a new member on our team. Whitelilly0989 was kind enough to take part in this :)
So basically this is a video all about Clark Kent. We tossed around song ideas and this one was a popular option (Im pleased since it was one of my suggestions, LOL). We all made an effort to mind the beats in the song since its a beat-heavy one and I think we all did a FABULOUS job! Ive always wanted to see a good Clark video set to this song and I am so honored to be part of making it :)
Special thanks to luvtheheaven3 for doing the final save of the video! It came out PERFECT! Also, thank you to jaderoyale for making the AWESOME coloring! It TOTALLY ROCKS!
