Here I solve the puzzle in 56 moves at 35% speed. This should let you follow along easily.
This is the second hidden level added to Cogs as part of Valve's "#PotatoFoolsDay" ARG. To unlock this puzzle, type "PLEASE" at the title screen, and you may need to have 100 stars. I wasn't satisfied with the existing video(s) with a solution on this puzzle, so I wrote my own solver, solved it, learned how to use Premiere, and slowed it down. You should run Cogs in a window and run this in the background. Hope this helps you out.
