Someone I work with turned me onto this brand and this particular coffee, which they call espresso barista. It is the sweetest smoothest coffee I have ever had. If you have a Spinn turns out it’s a great choice also because it’s not oily. As you know the Spinn is not crazy about oily beans and if you fill the hopper to full, it’ll jam. These beans are very dry and lighter in color than I expected. But either way they glide right into the shoot.
More importantly, the flavor is like a milk chocolate if you make a latte if you drink a straight shot, it has a cocoa flavor to it. But the highlight is zero bitterness. The aroma is amazing. Like a coffeehouse. Anyway, give it a try if you’re looking for an amazing coffee that you may never have heard of.
