Once again I'm terrible at being on hiatus lol
When the signup for this went up I was instantly interested, but seeing as I don't have a ton of LGBTQ+ stuff outside of anime, I resisted joining even though I've wanted to edit with this song for ages. The other day however the host asked for very last minute backups, and this time I wasn't as strong X'D I almost used my fav and first girlfriends ever, them being the classic Megan and Graham from But I'm A Cheerleader, but upon going through my live action folder I saw this movie and knew it was the perfect time to edit with it.
I saw this back in gradeschool when my friend showed it to me, and it was an instant favourite. I used to watch it on VHS all the time, and naturally once I realized I wasn't straight it hit me how in love these two are lmao
Working with them was a lot of fun, it was a real trip down memory lane rewatching this with my sibling after over 15 years, I don't think I'll really use them on their own again because of lack of ideas, but I'd love to if I got the chance. As for the video itself I tried to fancy it up because there wasn't a ton of beats/lyrics to work with so I went for a more softer approach for once, and lemme tell you that Twixtor nearly melted my laptop when I tried to render this. It took 45 MINUTES what the actual hell. Anyway I hope you guys like it, got a couple more things coming over the month and then a bit of an announcement :D

Holy hell, I passed 15k subs, when did that happen? :) I dont usually do this kind of thing, but 15k is a huuuuuuuge number, and 15 is not only part of my name but my favourite number, so heres my second You Pick I Vid signup with 15 parts to celebrate :D The last time I opened one of these in 2016 I ended up with mostly TT ships with just a few other fandoms suggested, so I decided that for this one Ill just jump right to the chase and just ask for TT ships haha
This time however, theres going to be a few rules ;) Last time I just accepted every ship that was offered, and as such ended up editing the same ships a couple times, which is kinda boring compared to all the fun I had doing the crackships, especially Terra/Jinx. For this one, Ill be asking for rarepairs ONLY, so I not only get a challenge but I dont get stuck basically redoing what I did last time but to a different song. I know not everyone will be happy about that, Ive even had to moderate comments on my most popular video thanks to very vocal bbrae/robstar shippers, but I wanna make something Ill be happy with, and I want to have a lot of fun trying something out of my comfort zone :) If youd like to offer me a ship, then please read the rules, make sure youre aware of what I WONT accept this time, and write a comment below~
RULES:
-First and foremost, choose a part of the song and tell me the ship youd like me to edit for it; also, feel free to toss in a theme if youd like me to tell a specific story this time ^v^
-Characters can repeat infinitely (without going overboard and giving me 10 Raven ships for example) but ships can only be used once, so make sure to check the other comments and the parts list first to make sure it hasnt already been offered/accepted!
-No adults as the majority of the characters are teens, so no Slade ships for instance please! This also goes for the few children in the show!
-Be creative, but try not to give me a ship where one or both of the characters have very little screentime so its difficult to edit, or is obviously a joke, like Silkie/Trigon, thats just not cool :/
-RAREPAIRS ONLY! Ill list everything Ill specifically reject after this, but to sum it all up, if its canon or a VERY popular crackship, I wont accept it. Lesser used crackships will be considered because I love them all and will be more likely to accept them if this has trouble getting filled.
-Write STRANGERS in your comment if youve read all the rules :D

Now for the ships; some of them are obvious, but some are also ships that I see as more canon or popular or obvious, even if theyre not really edited a ton in reality. For instance, a lot of the ones I may accept later are Cyborg related because Id love to see him with other characters first and foremost, and not just the girls he spends a lot of time with in his central episodes, but thats just my opinion.
