I don’t know if everyone will agree, but to me Clock Tower and Temple of Time have always seemed like thematic equivalents of each other. They’re the serious, grave, spiritual hubs of their worlds.
So this was one of the first Ocarina of Time/Majora’s Mask combinations I thought of.
The differing time signatures was probably the trickiest thing to handle, followed by the need to try and keep it from getting too messy in the latter sections.
