Norwegian Cruise Line recently welcomed @LifeWellCruised aboard Norwegian Joy to share their journey in a 4-part video series. Check out part four of the series and join the conversation, below!
If you’re going on a cruise onboard Norwegian Joy, you’re in luck. The dining options and restaurants on Norwegian Joy are amazing! This NCL Joy dining guide will help you to know the best food & dining options on board.
If you love cruise food, you’re on the right cruise ship. We recently spent 7 days onboard for a Bermuda cruise, and tried just about every dining experience. This NCL joy food review highlights some of what we ate.
In this video I share my favorite casual and specialty restaurants, along with some NCL dining tips and tricks you need to know.
From popular specialty dining like Cagney’s steakhouse and La Cucina, to an amazing casual restaurant, Food Republic, I’ve included lots of information and video of the Norwegian Joy cruise food.
Many of these restaurants can be booked as part of your dining package (NCL Free at Sea). I’ve also included some of Norwegian Joy’s free or included dining options that are so worth trying!
This includes the 24 hour casual restaurant, The Local, and American Diner. This is well kept secret, as most cruisers think this sit down burger restaurant is extra.
Other amazing restaurants to try on Norwegian Joy including Ocean Blue, which even has outdoor dining on The Waterfront. Teppanyaki is a favorite, so be sure to make reservations as soon as possible on embarkation day.
Le Bistro is a fancy French restaurant. Don’t forget to have a glass of champagne, which is included in your Norwegian Cruise Line Premium Plus drink package.
From breakfast to dinner to late night snacks, you’ll love the dining options and food onboard the Norwegian Joy cruise ship. This includes NCL Joy specialty dining and casual dining choices.
First time cruisers and repeat cruise travelers will appreciate NCL’s dining and restaurants.

![Emma Cruises Spent 7 Days in The Best Balcony Cabin at Sea
Norwegian Cruise Line recently welcomed @EmmaCruises aboard Norwegian Prima to share her journey in a 5-part video series. Check out part three of the series and join the conversation, below!

I’ve been cruising for years and have stayed in balcony cabins on Norwegians cruise ships in the past so when I boarded Norwegian Prima and found my cabin, I thought I knew what to expect.
To check out Primas future itineraries: https://bit.ly/42kYvzZ

From Buffet to Fine Dining I Explored a Cruise Ship Through FOOD: https://youtu.be/y7hiJCpQzmo
When I first walked into the room though I genuinely had to check the deck plans to make sure that I had been assigned the standard balcony cabin that I had booked. The cabin felt so bright and open and spacious, and I’ve stayed in mini-suites on other ships in the past that felt far smaller than this.
I stayed in cabin 13730 right in the middle of deck 13 and I can confirm, this is the standard balcony.
The first thing that I noticed was this incredible mural on the wall behind the bed, it would be quite difficult to miss that one. I loved the subtle uplighting and the butterfly design, this is the same in all of the cabins across all of the cabin grades.
Little did I know that I would find small things that surprised me in every corner of the cabin, from the wardrobes to the bathroom, there were things I’d not seen on cruises before.
I noticed a big sofa complete with cushions and a desk on the other side of the room. Here I found the first of the big drawers which I affectionately named my bits and bobs drawer. I’m pretty sure thats a British phrase but I’m sure you get the idea, it’s the same as saying odds and ends. A drawer that is perfect for all of those everything things like chargers and hairbrushes that usually end up cluttering up the cabin. This drawer was huge and as I tested it out I noticed that it was soft close. A-mazing.
Moving further into the cabin I noticed that there was a LOT of space under the bed. I’m a big fan of putting my suitcase under here so I can tidy away my dirty clothes throughout the cruise and this was fantastic for that.
At one point I did test out the space under the bed and I could quite happily sleep down here if I wanted to. When I shared this photo online I had quite a few comments that said ‘I wouldn’t go down there, think of the dust’ well I’m happy to report that this cabin was spotlessly clean and having been under the bed, I think I’m more qualified to talk about that than most. I wanted my review to be thorough!
This video is just one part of a 5 part series, so I look forward to seeing you in the next video!
