Just another insight video. The Title explains exactly what happens, as the timer fadeout actually does clear the cutscene number.

This actually does skip the cutscene, and you will just spawn in the temple of time if you pick up the master sword again.

You can't do this on an actual file unless if you can get an actual ticking timer here, not a frozen one.
