I'm still upset that this occurs, because otherwise we would be able to do the well as adult and not as child in 100% :(
To wrong warp here, set a warp point in the house in the heart piece area.
The crash is indeed, caused by navi, as there is a navi text that Grezzo added that tells link that they should leave now that they have this item. Navi also doesn't appear at all while death hole wrong warping as well, as they probably just have her disabled on the title screen.
