This video was produced when the laboratory operated as the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL). The laboratory is now the National Laboratory of the Rockies (NLR). In this webinar, leaders from the U.S. Department of Energy’s Clean Energy to Communities (C2C) program provide high-level details and answer questions about the request for proposals (RFP) for in-depth partnerships. This is the second webinar for this RFP.
Through this RFP, C2C will award 2-4 communities up to $500,000 in subcontracting funding and $3.5 million of clean energy technical assistance from one or more national laboratories for up to three years. This RFP is open to communities of all types, and applying teams must consist of at least one local government, one local community-based organization, and one eligible electric utility.
In addition to in-depth partnerships, C2C offers peer-learning cohorts and expert match for shorter-term clean energy technical assistance. Learn more at NREL.gov/C2C.
