Cleaning and servicing a General Electric 5,050 BTU window air conditioner model ASW05LLS1 from 2007. This unit was manufactured by Samsung. Samsung made a very good air conditioner around this time, but the units were notoriously difficult to take apart. This one is no exception; getting good access to the fans and coils is unreasonably challenging. Fortunately this one wasn't too dirty so we were able to adequately clean it with the limited access we could achieve in a reasonable amount of time.
