Folks living in a 15-unit affordable housing complex in Clawson are sharing their concerns, as the building's future remains uncertain. In November, voters will decide whether the Renshaw Apartments can be sold to new owners. The city does own this property. But some residents are rightly concerned this could have a big impact on them.
