Classes are fun.
Cardio is fun.
Pilates is fun.
And I’m not telling you not to do them.
But that’s exactly what it should be… fun.
Often people look up to super fit people who do classes and think that’s what got them there, but that’s not the case.
These people who are “toned” and super fit often spent a lot of time:
🔥 Strength training 3-5x per week with progressive overload
🔥 In a proper calorie range with a bit focus on protein
🔥 Being consistent year after year
They add in classes like this for fun to burn some extra clarifies.
They do yoga here and there to improve flexibility.
They do Pilates to improve core strength, improve mobility, hang with their friends etc.
But true results and body composition changes comes from strength training, nutrition and consistency. 💪
