I found this area mid-way up the continent tucked up on the cliffs leading to a beautiful night sky area with winding paths.
Inside, we find a chromatic gateway of sorts giving us a Mime battle. Defeating it gives us a cosmetic item giving the chosen character a bald haircut style.
We have to defeat it with all characters to earn all the bald styles. We first start with Lune.
