Light and fluffy on the outside, encased in the crispy cinnamon sugar coating. Perfect for a sometimes treat for breakfast.

Ingredients: (this will make about 6 pieces)
Your choice of bread
2 eggs
1 cup of plain flour
1 1/2 cups of milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 teaspoons of baking powder
2 tablespoons of sugar

Cinnamon sugar mix:
I typically use about 1/4 cup of super fine caster sugar to 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. But you make it to your taste :)

Delicious on its own or drizzle with maple syrup or melted chocolate if you want to be extra naughty! ;)
