Hello hello and Merry Christmas if you celebrate! I can’t believe the end of the year is here. Today’s video is a relaxed Christmas Vlog where we will be baking cookies and making a Christmas cocktail. I will also talk a little bit about the channel next year.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
2 sticks of butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 1/2 vanilla bean paste
2 tbsp water
Chocolate chips of your choice or chopped chocolate
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease cookie sheets
Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt
Beat room temp butter alone for 2 minutes
Add sugar and brown sugar and beat until fluffy
Add egg, vanilla, and water then beat on low to combine
Slowly add dry ingredients and beat to combine into dough
Fold the chocolate chips into the dough
Chill dough for 30 mins
Make cookie ball size to your preference.
Bake for approx 15 minutes
Take cookies out before center is fully cooked!!
Christmas Mules
3 oz vodka
2 oz crabberry juice
3 oz Orange juice
Squeeze of fresh orange
4 oz ginger beer
Ice
Optional- Orange slice, cranberries
