Hi guys! Today’s Christmas vlog has a little bit of everything- baking, a sugar cookie martini recipe, a Q & A, and some wrapping. This will be my last video of the year so I look forward to seeing you in 2025.
SUGAR COOKIE MARTINI
Combine 1 oz
Vanilla vodka
Amaretto
Baileys
1.5oz dairy of your choice.
Add ice
Shake to combine and strain into martini glass
SUGAR COOKIES
8oz room temp butter
1 c powdered sugar
1/2 c granulated sugar
1 egg
1.5 tsp vanilla bean paste
2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Cream butter and sugar until combined. Add egg and vanilla and beat to combine. Add flour, baking powder, and salt and beat until well combined.
Bake until desired cookie texture. 10-13mins
