Hello everyone. Just in time for Christmas are my Creamy Homemade Caramel Candies. What better thing to than to make homemade gifts for the Christmas season. Your friends will absolutely love them. NOTE: Bring mixture to 245 degrees which is a medium ball stage. If you go over that, they will become too hard. Hope you enjoy and decide to make some. If you do, you can tag me with a gorgeous picture of them and how you packaged them up. Let me know in the comments what you think of them. I think they are heavenly.
Ingredients:
2 Sticks Butter
3 Cups packed Brown Sugar
1 Cup Light Karo Syrup
1 Can Eagle Brand Milk (Sweetened Condensed Milk)
1 Tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
Candy Thermometer
