This is a product called PeelEze and it is a Peel Off Base Coat. It takes 2 coats and then do your mani. It peels off like a dream in one piece when you are ready to take it off. I was always afraid of using glitter because of the mess it was to get it off of my nail. Now I can use glitter or gel over this peel off base coat and it peels off in one piece.
