Many dirt bike riders have changed to flag style handguards as the materials have advanced to offer better protection creating a solid middle ground between traditional motocross flags and full wrap bark busters.

One of the reason we like the flag style handguards is because they will not upset the chassis and launch you off the trail when brushing a tree the way full wraps can.
