this was originally going to be called ~lazy sunday~ because i took it relatively slow, enjoyed myself to some background tv show watching while catching up on a couple of tasks. but I realized that compared to an ideal day off, in which I would be actually lazy and focus on rest, this is pretty productive in comparison. ~productive~ feels like a very taboo word nowadays, and it's like there is pressure to be or not to be.
for me, my main focus is to take it one day at a time, and im proud of myself if i can complete a couple tasks. (in contrast to expecting myself to do 5 things a day and then feeling very low if i don't do them well or at the speed i expected) My mom told me a majority of my stress must just come from not giving myself enough rest, so im mindful of that and try to time manage better!
In the coming month, I've set a goal to upload every Friday morning at 8am. it's the first time I'm using a schedule, so it's exciting and feels kind of official ^^ lol. make sure you have your notifications turned on! some people have been unknowingly unsubscribed to my channel, so it's been hard to keep in touch with me but if you are here and reading this, hello!!! :D thanks for sharing your day with us.
