🌹im back! haha
i really didn't intend to take so many weeks off editing-- i've been vlogging this whole time and have a lot of footage to share with you now. it was important for me to reframe the perspective i had on youtube. for the longest time i felt my identity became a persona/facade, i didn't have a healthy relationship with my work process and youtube life- so i'm figuring that out. better late than never! i've been thinking a lot, what choices would i actually make for ME, what do i actually want? rather than thinking what i should want or should do, or what would make entertaining content..
i know in reality, i have so many kind people in this community that encourage and grow alongside me- and i do believe that if i am able to accept myself and radiate that energy, what ever comes of it can only be good 🌞
i had an instagram live yesterday, and many of you told me to "trust the process".. i was like, yes, but... i don't really know what that means even though i've heard it a thousand times, lol. you responded that it means to doubt yourself less! to embrace the process and know you are on the right path... that's what i'm aiming to do. thank you for the advice :-)
This was really fun because adding text + sketches felt like reaching out/catching up with distant friends. I will actually be back tomorrow with another video I've had planned too.
