Chopping High Moisture Ear Corn with a Claas Jaguar 1200 Forage Harvester
In this video I am at a dairy farm in northern Indiana. On the day of my visit Zimmerman Family Harvesting was custom chopping high moisture ear corn with their NEW Claas Jaguar 1200 self propelled forage harvester with a 12 row Drago corn head. Also in the field you will see several JCB Fastrac Tractors pulling dump cart. They are hauling the corn a few miles to a dairy farm where they are dumping it, then pushing and packing the pile. On the pile the farm is running their Case IH 500 tractor with a Grouser blade and a CIH 9130 tractor with a Degelman blade.
