Today we're reviewing Choplifter for the Atari 7800! It was originally released on home computers in 1982 and was programmed by Dan Gorlin. But Choplifter was brought to the prosystem in 1988, well after the much more fleshed out Sega Arcade and Master System versions. So is this one inline with those, or more like the original from Home Computers of the day? Lets find out!
I rate all games I review on a scale of 1-5 and here is what each grade means vaguely...
5 out of 5 is PERFECT! A must own for all Atarians!
4 out of 5 is Great! Almost every person will find something to like.
3 out of 5 is Good. While flawed, more people than not should enjoy it.
2 out of 5 is Bad. A major flaw is holding this game back but a few will still enjoy it...
1 out of 5 is GARBAGE! Avoid these at all costs...
We also look at hardware from time to time and simply recommend those, or don't recommend them...
